Letters of Liberation to Palestine

As always, this labor of love was guided and rooted in our collective organizing statement

We are organizing CAR members to uncover the historical connections between racism and capitalism to radically imagine a future in which the sociocultural, political and economic systems work towards health equity, rather than against it.

As a community of health workers, healers and organizers, we wanted to co-create an action that would elevate the interconnections of our struggles for liberation with Palestine. We are in the collective practice of transformative solidarity through planing these seeds of hope with the letters and honoring the long arc to justice for the Palestine people. We reached across our Chapters from Haiti to Brazil to build power in this action titled “Letters of Liberation to Palestine” and hold present over and over again. Palestine is freeing us all in this moment
